JSIL Successfully Concludes KPI Training Program at the Petroleum Training and Qualifying Institute in Tripoli
Jawaby Services & Investment Ltd (JSIL) has successfully concluded a five-day training program titled “Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Beginners”, delivered to the the Petroleum Training and Qualifying Institute (PTQI) in Tripoli, Libya.
The training program was conducted from 9 to 13 November 2025 as part of PTQI’s ongoing efforts to enhance institutional performance and support its digital transformation agenda, under the umbrella of the National Oil Corporation (NOC).

Practical KPI Training Supporting Performance Excellence
The program was facilitated by Dr. Reda Al-Houni, an experienced performance management specialist, and was attended by coordinators and heads of departments from the technical, administrative, financial, and services functions.
The five-day program provided participants with a solid foundation in performance management and KPI concepts, with a strong focus on practical application. Key topics included:
- The role of KPIs in improving organizational efficiency and decision-making
- Defining organizational vision, mission, and strategic objectives
- Translating objectives into measurable KPIs
- KPI selection and performance measurement fundamentals
- Data collection, reporting, and performance review
- Practical exercises and real-life case applications
Certificates Awarded and Next Steps Identified
At the conclusion of the program, certificates of participation were awarded to all attendees. Following the successful delivery of the program, a number of high-performing participants were identified for progression to advanced KPI professional certification programs to be delivered in future phases.
